Purchase Agreement

Most of our products we offer a 30-day conditional money-back guarantee unless otherwise specified. If you are not satisfied with any products purchased from this website, you may return it at your expense within 30 days of the purchase date by the conditions stated below. Inventory clearance or close out items do NOT have a money back guarantee, all sales are final on these items.

Product Return Policy Information
Requests for discounts/refunds will be accepted within 30 days of the date your order is placed for fulfillment. We are unable to honor discounts and issue refunds for orders processed beyond that timeframe. Discounted pricing cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions. We reserve the right to correct any incorrect charges that might have occurred to orders.

Purchases of product packages, consulting services, downloads, eBooks, electronic and online products/services, extended online access and previous year sales are final and non-refundable. Cancellation or Return of any individual component contained within a product package will require the remaining items to be charged at full retail value plus a $20 administrative fee. All associated shipment costs, including duties, customs and/or brokerage fees, are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

All Returns for unopened Products are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee. Please be advised you are welcome to buy as many products as you wish but understand we will ONLY REFUND unopened products. If you cannot get yourself to use the system you have already opened and used, please find someone who can benefit from it and pass the product(s) along to them. The materials must be returned in original, like-new, resalable condition and in the original packaging and/or shrink-wrap in order to be considered for a refund.

If a product is returned open and/or damaged you will be charged a 30% unacceptable return fee. This is in addition to the 10% restocking fee, which results in a 40% fee for returning opened and/or damaged products.

Requests for orders to be cancelled after they are processed will result in the refund being less a 10% restocking fee up to $50 maximum. If the order has been shipped and is in transit with UPS, the refund amount would be less the shipment costs, in addition to the 10% restocking fee.

You must contact our customer service department via phone, fax or email, to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. The box the materials are returned in must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of the order and you need to write the RA number on the outside of the box. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30-45 business days after the return is received.

Program Cancellation / Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued, less a $50 processing fee, if the cancellation request is provided in writing via email or fax to Kennedy Marketing Systems, Inc 30 days in advance of the seminar/program start date. No refunds can be granted if cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the seminar/program start date, or if a registrant fails to attend.

Online Product Cancellation / Refund Policy
Cancellation requests for Kennedy Marketing Systems, Inc Online Versions will be accepted within the first 10 days of online access being granted.

Refunds will be issued, less a 10% administrative fee and the amount of the refund may be prorated as determined based on amount of usage of online resources. After the expiration of this 10 day period, no refunds will be granted. No cancellation requests will be accepted less than 30 days prior to the exam, regardless of when online access was granted.

Purchases of Kennedy Marketing Systems, Inc Downloads, eBooks, and Online Materials are final and non-refundable.

Fraudulent Chargeback Policy:
The charge that will appear on YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT will be “Kennedy Marketing Systems, Inc.” If you place a chargeback with your credit card company (on purpose or by mistake) for any order that you placed and received, there will be a $75.00 research fee charged to your account upon receiving the chargeback by our merchant provider to cover our investigative expenses to prove that you did make the purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE - If you do not remember making the purchase - call the number on your statement next to the charge BEFORE calling your bank.

Fraudulent Charges - Stolen Credit Card Purchases
We log IP strings on all orders - any orders coming back as a chargeback due to fraudulent activities will be diligently pursued through your local jurisdiction for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
